I was on a mission to plan my parents 50th wedding anniversary, the only rub was I was planning the whole thing from Florida and it was going to be in California. So, I took to Yelp! for guidance. After communicating with a few businesses, I settled with this business. Amazing!!!!!!! They came and set up about 20 minutes early. We had a 6ft banquet table for them to use. The food was fabulous. Tacos, quesadillas, and burritos, all the fixings, along w rice and beans. Everyone was super happy with all the choices. We had roughly 45 people and there was never a line, everything moved quickly. After 2 hrs had passed quick cleanup and they were off to their next gig. Thank you!!! 100% would recommend, and would use again for a special occasion.

El paisa tacos are the best! As a quesobirria connoisseur, I found their tacos delicious. And their GUAC with chips, OMG. I had two servings.The best food truck in town! Try them, I promise, you won't regret it

This is a stellar taco. Must places are just interchangable, but this is unique. The fried shell... The amazing salsa... Perfect. They have fish and shrimp too!... It's just not on the menu! On weekly rotation!

Excellent catering for office party! Abel helped us create the perfect food station setup for a holiday office party. From start to finish, communication with Abel and his team was timely and clear. Planning was a breeze. Valentin set up and cooked at our event. He arrived early and was great to work with, providing us with great ideas to create the perfect flow for getting people food at the party. His setup looked amazing and the food was incredible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for amazing catering for an office party, house party or rehearsal dinner!

Abel's company is an excellent example of a company that exceeds expectations!! I contacted him last week, and he was very gracious, courteous and professional on the phone- he was very thorough in all aspects of what I could expect, and I felt completely confident he would do a good job. His employee, Jose, was prompt, friendly, and very professional. The food was off the charts delicious and there was a lot of it!!! My guests were commenting how excellent it was and how stuffed they were!!! I was so impressed and will use them for future events- outstanding!!!!

This is actually the second time we've booked El Paisa. A couple years ago the owner Abel came by our old house in Fremont for $12/person, 30 minimum. This time it was Dublin for $13/person, 50 minimum. Jose arrived half an hour early to set up in our backyard and soon got to cooking. He was friendly and professional, and brought big tubs of pico de gallo and guacamole. He made tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, with 3 meat choices plus a grilled veggie option, and rice and beans. You have to provide your own utensils and chips. Everyone enjoyed the food and had a great time. I highly recommend El Paisa because they are a slightly bigger operation than some other individual taqueros -- Jose told us that the same day the restaurant had booked 12 events. I feel like you can count on Abel's team not to flake on you and to act professionally. And I'm saying this from experience because the second time I initially called some other people because I had lost Abel's card, but I had a hard time trying to get information and booking other vendors. You also don't have to pay until after your event, whereas some places require a deposit.
